Yvonne and I shared a special bond as we are both blessed with the name Yvonne. I would enter the Thompson Community Center where I worked in the cafe and say “Good morning Yvonne!”, and of course she would happily respond, “Good morning Yvonne!”

I was so sad to hear of Yvonne's passing. I enjoyed visiting her and doing errands for her. We became friends and we shared a great deal with each other about our lives and children. We enjoyed going out for lunch so she could have her favorite burger. She was a very intelligent woman with a good sense of humor. She was always kind and caring in our interactions. I miss her.

Yvonne was a delightful neighbor and always so sweet to our children. She was the epitome of a "lady" - always kind, always smiling, always poised, and ready to share in conversation. She was a woman to emulate to be sure. My condolences to her family and close friends who must be heartbroken. May you be comforted with lifelong memories and the promises of your faith. Praying for you all <3

Living in California separated us cousins from the rest of the family so we only got to see each other maybe every five years or so. Boy would we look forward to the times we got to spend with Aunt Yvonne and Uncle Rob! We knew it was going to be fun! Aunt Yvonne’s laughter and energy was contagious. Once she and Mom(her sister Donna) got together the laughter and craziness never ended. Those memories and love shared are embedded in all us Reimer kids. Aunt Yvonne was so special to us and so deeply loved by us all. She was so beautiful, talented and strong. Our love goes out to all the family and are hearts are with you. We love you Aunt Yvonne and know you are dancing up in Heaven with Uncle Rob, your brothers and sisters and all the many many friends who’s lives you’ve touched so dearly.

Your light will never go out. It remains bright in all of the people you've touched in your life. An incredible inspiration to all who have had the privilege to know you. I will miss you so much mom but you're always with me.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Aunt Yvonne was a joy to the heart! She loved people and made me laugh. She had a presence that drew people to her. What a long, beautiful life God blessed her with! "Put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony." Colossians 3:14 Carol & Steve Clark
