William Milner

William Milner, 66, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Bill was born on May 8, 1945 to Armin and Evelyn (Schliepp) Milner in Oshkosh. Bill enjoyed fishing, traveling, sports, trains, helping others and working with his hands.

Bill is survived by his wife Roxanne, two children; Tammy Milner, Neenah, and Darryl Milner, Appleton, his siblings; Lois Milner, Richard (Monica) Milner, and Etta (Ted) Mathe, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Bill will be held on Friday, September 16, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor David Rosene officiating followed by military honors. A time of visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of services at the funeral home.
