Kathy Schreiter-Kalinski left a message on May 12, 2011:
Nic, Mimi, Joy and Ted, I'm sending my deepest condolences to each of you on the death of your father. Your father was an amazing man and a father figure to me as well. For more than 20 years of being neighbors, growing up with each other, going to school since elementary school through graduations, plus with spending a lot of time together has given me so many great memories of those days. Wow, seems like just yesterday when you think about it. I still remember the floor plan of your house that I spent so much time in. Many years have passed since our childhood years and of seeing each other as we have grown and started our own families, but that doesn't stop us from remembering each other and those fond memories. Your father will truly be missed, but remembered forever. My prayers and thoughts are with the entire family now and in the future. Love you all. Kathy Schreiter-Kalinski
