KUETHER, WAYNE O.

Wayne Kuether, 85, of Grand Chute, died on Monday, October 18, 2010 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born on January 5, 1925 in Appleton, the son of the late Owen and Edith (Wildfang) Kuether. Wayne served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a member of Harvey Pierre Post #2778, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Green Bay Arts Unlimited. Wayne was employed at Thilmany for 25 years. He enjoyed gardening and fishing.

Wayne is survived by his wife: Donna (nee Ziesemer) Kuether; brother: Donald Kuether, Florida; sister: Betty Heckert, Florida; sisters-in-law: Shirley DeWitt, Appleton; Janet Klatt, Appleton and Audrey (Bruce) Downie, Pickerel; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Wayne will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 209 S. Allen Street, Appleton. Rev. Kurt Kovanen will be officiating. Entombment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. The visitation will be held at the church from 10:30 am until the time of service. Memorials to Trinity Lutheran Church are appreciated.
