Justus, Virginia J.

Virginia Jeanette Justus, age 83, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 1, 2010. She was born in Chilton on April 21, 1926, the daughter of the late Jacob and Anna (Nadler) Dietz. On November 15, 1950, she married her late husband, Christ Justus. Virginia lived her life giving to family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and family friends. She was a Brewers fan with Corey Hart as her favorite player! Virginia was a warm and compassionate soul to all who knew her. Waiting for her in heaven are her husband Christ and grandson, Kelly Joe.

Virginia is lovingly survived by her children: Howard (Shirley) Justus of Brillion, Patty (Kelly Sr.) Wollenberg of New London, Barb (Owen) Hawkins of Appleton, Donna (Richard) Seefeldt of Appleton, Mary Dittmann of Waupaca; grandchildren: Tammy Joe, Bobbie Jo, Joshua, Carey, Amber, Christine, Tim, Kirk, Christopher, Michael, Rachael; great-grandchildren: Alexander, Gabriel, Kurt, Jordan, Mariah, Xavier, Trenten, Hailee, Cailyn, Connor, Makenzie, Wade and sister, Marilyn Meiers. Virginia is preceded in death by her grandson, Kelly Joe Wollenberg Jr.

The family of Virginia wants to extend their deepest thanks and gratitude to the staff at Brewster Village for their overwhelming care and support for our mother.

Funeral Services for Virginia will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2010, at the Wichmann Funeral Home with Fr. Andrew Kysely officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. The committal will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, January 11, 2010 at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
