Virginia "Ginny" Kilbey

July 8, 1942 — November 16, 2013

Virginia (Ginny) Kilbey was welcomed into the loving arms of her Lord and Precious Savior
at the age of 71. She was born to life on July 8, 1942 and born to eternal life on November
16, 2013. The love she had for our Lord was tremendous. The joy she brought to so many is
immeasurable. She had a gift of showing love, compassion and putting a smile on the face of
everyone she met. There was never a dry eye (tears of laughter) wherever Ginny went. She
was such a blessing to all of us and the memories that she has given us are priceless! One of
her greatest joys she had was wrapping presents to perfection and giving them to everyone she
loved. She adored all of her nieces and nephews and their families with her whole heart. She
so loved being around children. Her family and friends were such an important part of her life
and everyone she met loved her sense of humor and compassion for love and life. Ginny loved
birthday parties with her mother and sisters, shopping for trinkets, country music, Hughes
chocolates and Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Ginny is survived by her two brothers, Dan (Helen) Vanden Heuvel, of Hilbert and Jim (Sandy) Vanden Heuvel, of Combined Locks; her two sisters Mary Ann (Ron) Popp, of Townsend and Debbie Hupfauf, of Darboy; her sister-in-law Jeanne Vanden Heuvel and brother-in-law Jim Riedel; her many nieces and nephews whom she so cherished; her aunts, uncles and cousins whom she loved getting together with, her awesome friends that she felt so blessed to have in her life, especially Linda her dear friend for over 50 years, Diane, Stacy and Jan. The care and compassion that she was given from all of her friends will never be forgotten. The family is so thankful for all they did for Ginny and the outpouring of love they had for her, always. Ginny was preceded in death by her parents John and Ceil (Van Elzen) Vanden Heuvel, her sister Nancy (Nana) Riedel and her brother-in-law Hank Hupfauf.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Awe, the staff at Oakridge Gardens, and the staff at AMC and St. Elizabeth's Hospital for all the care, kindness and support given to her in her time of need.

A funeral service for Ginny will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the JANSEN FARGO FUNERAL HOME (204 E. Kimberly Ave. Kimberly). A time of visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m until the time of service. Online condolences may be expressed at wichmannfargo.com.
