Just wanted to share my condolences for your moms passing. She was a wonderful lady and I was one of the students blessed by her classes at Xavier. She was so patient and sewing class was a highlight of my day. Thirty years later, I still talk about how "Mrs. C" would never allow sloppy seams, tucks or pulls either --as I tear them out :-) And I still use her techniques in all my projects! -Jeanine(Novotny)Packett '79

I only had the privelege of having a few short visits with Ginny Carew. She was always so full of life, had a radiant smile, and a sparkle in her eye. Her enthusiam and passion for everyone and everything was contagious. Thank you Ginny for sharing your kindness and your love with every life you touched. Thank you especially for the precious gift you gave to me, the gift of your beautiful daughter Lynn. You gave me a best friend for life. MY love to Dee, Adam, Juliana, Raylee, Andy and your entire family. God bless you all, and may God's Eternal light shine upon you Ginny. Love, Beth

I was recalling when I was in middle school and Mark and Amy were dating. Grandma Ginny invited me to just visit. So I did - 2 summers! She made me feel like I had a Grandma that really loved me. I think of how sassy she was and how special she made me feel. I will treasure that. I am sad you have lost her and will keep you all in my prayers. I know she is in paradise with Bob and our God. Peace and hugs to all in this difficult time.
