Rev. Harvey & Nancy Kandler left a message on October 30, 2009:
Dear Family of Vi: Vi was a faithful member of Immanuel Church, always in worship attendance and willing to help out with a multitude of Women's Guild projects down through the 31 years we knew her. She was a good friend and always happy to stop in and see the church office with a word for the day. God is able, where we are unable, and He will take care of her for all eternity. We praise God for her life and witness, and may she rest in His eternal peace. May you find that same comfort that our Lord gives as you live out your lives. We give you our sincere sympathy. Pastor Harvey & Nancy Kandler Retired Clergy, Kaukauna
Ann left a message on October 30, 2009:
Aunt Vi was loved so very much. As a child I have many memories of her house and our visits frome both MO and LA. I remember Aunt Vi and Uncle Lee's visits to our home. As an adult I remember the day Mom (Joan Flanagan Licht) and Dad (Bud Licht) visiting her with my daughter Colleen. It was then that Colleen opened the wrong door and slid down the basement stairs. Dad found her and brought her up scared but fine. Aunt Vi was so good to us all of our lives. I'm so glad we saw her just a few years ago. I'll be there on Sunday in spirit and know there is a wonderful reunion taking place in heaven. Aunt Vi, you lived a long, wonderful life now rest in peace.
