I am so sorry to hear of Vic passing. He was a good man, always kind and cheerful. My first camping experience was in my back yard in a Scout tent he set up for us kids. My prayers are with your family.

We were very sorry to hear of Vic's passing. I always enjoyed the talks when dropping off or picking up saw blades for sharpening. What a wide variety of skills he had. Rest in peace.

My heart is broken to hear of Vic's passing. No time is ever enough to spend with those we love. Vic (as our family called him) was like a fantastic and fun Uncle to me and my siblings when we were growing up. Oh, how we kids looked forward to his visits! Same with Vince. Vic and Vince used to set up a gigantic boy scout tent in our backyard during the hot summer months. We were a hit with all the neighborhood kids! Vic and Vince invited our entire family (must have had about 9 or 10 kids at that time) to a corn roast at Leo's farm. What a wonderful memory! Vic was a dear man who was generous with his time and love for all those around him. I was so very blessed to have known him. I will forever hear Vic's wonderful chuckle running through my mind. Seems he always had a smile on his face. He lived his life joyfully. Vic truly made the world a better place for having been here.

So very sorry to hear of the loss of Victor. Growing up next to the Berg family was like belonging to 2 families. They are all loving and caring people.

Very sad to hear about Vic. He was such a great friend to our family. I have so many good memories of him helping at my Mom and Dads bar. He gave me my first ride on a snowmobile. Vince and Vic put up the Scout tents on our back yard occasionally. He was always there to help others a very great role model. Very special friendly person. Our prayers are with Vic and your family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Victor, Gail and I have been your backyard neighbors for a good decade. Victor you are one of my heroes. Your positive attitude and witty comments have always been a cheer-up for us both. Your patient persistence in squirrel-proofing our birdfeeder with brilliant engineering (7 steps til you conquered those pesky guys) made for a great summer of entertainment 3 years ago. Your smile and charity (sharing your beautiful yellow cup flowers with Gail and tools for me) and your reports on nature and neighborhood events kept us entertained. Victor your deep faith watching Mass on TV, going when you could, staying close to the Lord inspire us. We ask your intercessory prayers from above now. Enjoy your eternal reward. Love you bud!

It is with a lot of memories that we say good-bye to Uncle Victor. He was always more of a quiet, observent member of the family, but certainly his presence was always known. He is at rest now with all his siblings and inlaws in a much more peaceful place. The beer will taste a bit better as he is now able to "Prost" with his heavenly family as well.

Uncle Victor, I will miss running into you at Fleet Farm and your snappy witty comments. I always enjoyed talking to and sharing memories at the family reunions. So happy that my family and yours are so connected. Love you so much. Keep smiling Love Tina Berg
