Vicki is back together with Paul. I went to AHS-W, with Paul & his tragic death by the hands of his perpetrator is unforgivable. Vicki and her children lost out on many years without Paul. RIP Vicki. Your struggles are over and you're healthy once again. I pray you and Paul will catch up on all the years you two weren't together. Prayers to Vicki's family at her passing. Blessings

Hal Hoerth here. Jenny and Kim I was saddened to learn of Vicki's passing. My condolences to you for your loss. I am sure that she left you with great memories. Vicki and I go back to high school, we were steadies. Reading the obit you mentioned stubbornness, sassiness, big heart, strength. That made me smile yup that's Vicki. I want to add character and understanding. I am sure that she was a great and proud mother. I always wished that I could have run into her to share life stories, and to thank her.. A. for putting up with me, and probably making me a better person. More importantly she set a high standard for what a good woman and person is. I am sure that Vicki's was a life well lived

Jenny and Kim, your mom was a pip! What I remember most about her was her beautiful smile. Whether it was in response to Mingle getting into the diaper pail or one of you repeating something awful we'd taught you as your babysitters, that smile was always present. She was an amazing, grace-filled woman and the two of you are the apples that didn't fall far from the tree. Your mom's beautiful spirit shines on in both of you. With love and sympathy, Bonnie

I'm so sorry to hear of Vicki's passing. I know she was a fighter and gave it her all, I'm sure. Vicki was such a kind soul and had such a sweet smile. So many great memories with your parents while living on College Ave. May your Mom now rest in peace. Hugs to you all during this extremely difficult time.

I am saddened to have read the entire Caring bridge journal updates. Kimmy, I can hear your pain, frustration, hope, but most of all, your rallying undying love for your mom, in all of your journal entries. I am glad you and Jenny are close, a bond, no doubt, made stronger over the last year. I am so sorry you have to go through this pain and loss at your young ages. Vickie was always so cute, smiley, neighborly, she was always there....this time of year also reminds me of your sweet dad, as this would be when alllll his hunting clothes would be airing on the line. I remember it like yesterday, and you cute silly girls would come over, with your mom, and Jenny was a little social butterfly, and you were tighter lipped, but make no mistake, you took it all in, your parents loved you so very much. God bless you girls.
