Born Gertrude A. Sharkey, June 15, 1935 in Scottsdale, PA; died Friday, March 14, 2002 at her home in Appleton, WI. Trudy was a psychotherapist and counselor. She resided in Appleton for the last 42 years, and dedicated herself to helping others. She will be greatly missed by the countless people whose lives she touched.

Trudy is survived by her mother, Gertrude Ash; brother, Ed Sharkey; sister, Jackie Shulsky; her loving children, Jim, Scott, Linda, and John; and by the six grandchildren she enjoyed spoiling.

Celebration of life to be held Wednesday, March 21, 10:30 a.m. at Fox Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 2600 Phillip Lane, Appleton, (920) 731-0849. The family will greet relatives and friends following the service at the Fellowship.
