Kaiser, Timothy J.

Timothy Joseph Kaiser, age 47, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Sunday, February 21, 2010 after a two year battle with cancer. He was born in Kenosha on June 1, 1962, the son of Gerald and Eunice (Schmidt) Kaiser. Tim graduated from Belvidere High School in 1980. On July 17, 1982, Tim married his loving wife, Victoria Morgan in Belvidere, Illinois. Also in 1982, he entered the United States Navy and served his country honorably until 1988. Tim worked as a field engineer for ABB for 20 years. He spent 10 years in Covington, Virginia and was then transferred to Appleton for the remaining 10 years. Tim enjoyed fishing and campfires, but spending times with his family, especially at Lake MooMaw in Covington, Virginia, was most important to him.

Tim will be sadly missed by his surviving wife, Victoria Kaiser; children: Nicole (Brad) Jones of New Bern, North Carolina, Jeremy Kaiser of Appleton, Daniel Kaiser of Appleton; grandchildren: Kaylynn and Tyler Jones; siblings: Scott (Linda) Kaiser of Belvidere, IL, Julie Kaiser of Cherry Valley, IL, William (Jennifer) Kaiser of Rockford, IL; parents in-law: Marvin (Fran) Morgan of Janesville, Gene (Pat) Beatty of Kaukauna; brothers and sisters in-law: Christine (Lyle) Richter of Appleton, Michelle (Gerald) Roach of Madison, Lori Kloster of Grove City, MN, Connie (Anthony) Donovan of Appleton, Jean (Dean) Burton of Appleton, Jason Beatty of Appleton, Dawn (Marquis) Parkes of Janesville, Michael Gitting of Janesville, Anthony (Mindy) Morgan of Janesville and many nieces and nephews. Tim is preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Barbara K. Beatty.

The Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2010, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 1617 W. Pine Street, Appleton, with Fr. Dennis Ryan officiating. Friends will be received for visitation on Wednesday, February 24, 2010, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Wichmann Funeral Home, Tri-county Chapel, and again on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.

Tim's family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Amy Ambrosius of Thedacare Hospice, Dr. Kevin Mortara and Dr. Jack Swanson.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in Tim's name has been established.
