Terri Lynn (Volkman) Forsythe, age 46, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2011, at Cherry Meadows after an extended illness. Terri was born on June 17, 1964, in Neenah, daughter of Tom Volkman and Crystal (Volkman) Smith. She attended Neenah High School, and later worked as a dietician for St. Elizabeth Hospital for 11 years.…
