Dear Robert, I'm so sorry for your loss. Please know how much Susan was loved. It was so nice to be able to spend time with you and Susan at the Viterbo reunion. We really enjoyed the evenings there. Susan was always so excited about life. We were privileged to have her at Lawton's Ordination. She and Sandra had such a good time together. Know that our home is always open to you if you get down this way. Jan and Bob

Robert & family, I am so sorry to hear of Sue's sudden passing. I was at our Viterbo 50th reunion, and was pleased to share the same table at lunch. She was a wonderful classmate, and I am sure she continued her life in that same way!

Robert & Family, We didn't get to know each other but through Susan I know how much you-all meant to her. To me she was both a mentor, a friend and the best supervisor I ever had. Susan was one of the most genuine and compassionate people I've met. Her work and depth of her caring for both older people and the mission-driven providers that serve them is part of her legacy. I am deeply saddened by her early death.

Robert and family, So very sorry to hear about Susan. We had such a nice visit with both of you at the 50th reunion and we girls were up until 1 am that second night at Stoney Creek in La Crosse. It was so nice to have had that time with her. My sincere condolances.

Our 50th reunion from Viterbo this last October was a wonderful celebration where we got a chance to reconnect with former classmates. I was truly delighted that Susan was able to be there. Who would have thought that two months later she would leave us all. My deepest sympathy to Robert and the rest of her family. It was a pleasure knowing her.

ALL that comes to mind about this beautiful woman and lady, was her constancy, to “genuine kindness”. Her dedication and genuine sincerity serving Leading Age constituents, was a constant reinforcement, to caring and sharing our energies for God’s peoples. As we send our compassionate thoughts and prayers to family and loved ones, especially Robert and family, we can only smile in warming acknowledgement, on her graduation, to eternal love and happiness. Thank YOU AGAIN, Susan.

Susan was a profoundly beautiful person. The first time I met her, I felt like I was reuniting with an old friend - that's just how gracious and wonderful she was! I know what a difficult loss this is for everyone who knew her. I am sending much love and many prayers to you from Ohio, and I will be with you in spirit on the 11th, as you celebrate Susan's life. Peace and All Good - Lori Randall
