Susan M Scheurle

Susan “Sue” M. Scheurle, age 62, passed away peacefully in Ashburn, Georgia on her way back to Wisconsin from Florida with her brother at her side. On March 14, 1953, Susan Marie was born in Hutchinson, Minnesota to Ronald J. and Lois A. (Coopman) Scheurle Sr. Sue was a graduate of Menasha High School and then worked at Wisconsin Tissue Mills for a short time before enlisting in the United States Air Force. The military led her to Florida where she had lived for the past 30 years. While in Sun City Center she worked as a manager at ABC Liquor, Tropicana, and Walmart. Sue enjoyed flowers and loved being able to see all the different tropical varieties every day.
Sue will be missed by her brother, Ron “Skeeter” Scheurle and Lilli Dog; her sister, Carol (Tom) Pagel; her nephew, Nicholas (Alaina) Pagel and their family: Blake, Cameron and Quinn; her niece, Amy (fiancé, Kevin Hughes) Pagel and their family: Hunter and Kylah; her best friends: Cathy and Byron Teates and Lisa and Greg Vita; as well as her good neighbors: Terry, Steve and Pat and many friends.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 4:00-6:00pm with a short Prayer Service to follow at 6:00pm at Wichmann Funeral Home-Laemmrich Chapel, 312 Milwaukee Street in Menasha.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Breast Cancer Awareness or American Lung Association in Sue's name.
