DOERING, SCOTT CARL

Scott Doering of Appleton, age 53, died Sunday, October 30, 2005 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born May 28, 1952 in Appleton the son of Harvey and Gretchen (Driessen) Doering

Scott is survived by his mother, Gretchen Doering of Kaukauna; brother, William (Pat) Doering of Appleton; sisters, Sharon (Eugene) Fassbender of Appleton and Kathi (Terry) Bulfin of Bellevue, WA; brother-in-law, Robert Atwood of Yakima, WA; nieces and nephews, John and Steve Doering and Amy (Paul) Kraft; Paul (Caryl) Fassbender, Jeanne (Kevin) Stein and Sarah (Todd) Fellerer; Ehrin and Kaila Bulfin; David (Debbie) Atwood and Gina (Simon) Mawby. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Scott was preceded in death by his father Harvey Doering and his sister Greta Atwood.

The funeral service for Scott will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at FARGO FUNERAL HOME. Interment will take place at Union Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home Wednesday from 10:00 am until the time of service. Memorials to Agape Homes appreciated

The family would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the Agape Homes that took such loving care of Scott for almost 20 years, there by allowing him to have his independence. We would like to thank Valley Packaging who allowed Scott to work and make a meaningful contribution to life.
Lastly, we would like to thank the caregivers at Appleton Medical Center – Intensive Care Unit for their kindness and thoughtful care.
