I am so sorry for your loss. Madame Mudrak was my junior high French teacher. In the past few years, Ruth and Noelle would stop and say hello to me, while I was working at Macy's. It was always such a pleasant surprise. Ruth was such a lovely lady. She truly touched so many lives.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Dear Mudrak family, I would like to extend my sympathy on the passing of Mrs. Mudrak. You don't know me but I was a student of hers at Roosevelt--starting in 7th grade, 1964 and continued through 8th and 9th. I really liked her and thought she was so "cool"--as she was young and pretty and was really interested in her students. When she got married we were all so happy--I even cut her engagement notice out of the paper--and still have it in my Roosevelt scrapbook. Mrs. Mudrak set up students with French pen-pals and we were so excited to share letters in class. I kept in touch with my penpal from l966 until 1971--I also took French at Appleton East. I would have written all of this in a sympathy card but of course I didn't know your address. Many of her students admired and respected her for the kind of teacher and person she was-- although I'm sure you, as her family, know that. Cherish the difference she made in your lives as well as in the lives of others.

I am saddened to hear of Ruth's passing. I have many happy memories of teaching with her at Roosevelt. She was so welcoming when I arrived and I learned so much from her during our years together. I think of her every time I see the perfume "Tresor"! Dean and Noelle, you are in my thoughts and prayers.
