Rosella E. Brandt

Age 84, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2002 at Brewster Village in Appleton. Rosella was born in Kaukauna on January 25, 1917, daughter of the late Christian and Ida (Treichel) Brandt, and attended Trinity Lutheran School. Over the years, she worked at White Clover Dairy, Riverview Hospital, and most recently worked as a housekeeper at Hilltop Bakery.

She is survived by her dear friends Al and Ceil Van Dyn Hoven of Kaukauna and their children: Kevin (Deb) Van Dyn Hoven, Lawrence (Deb) Van Dyn Hoven, Dennis (Nancy) Van Dyn Hoven, Stephen (Nancy) Van Dyn Hoven, Joe (Beth) Van Dyn Hoven, Kris (Ann) Sanders, and Don (Amy) Hurlbutt. Rosella was especially close to and fond of Ceil and Al’s grandchildren – she always enjoyed their visits and their company.

Funeral services for Rosella will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 16, 2002 at BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 124 West 10th Street in Kaukauna, with Rev. Walter Steinbach officiating. Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call directly at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service.
