The family would like to extend a special
thanks to Dr. Brain Scott, Sue LaFortune
and the entire WIVA staff, Dr. Bar-Lev and
staff, Dr. Stanis, and Affinity Hospice,
especially Sandy, Deb and Lorie for their
compassionate care and support.

In tears I saw you sinking and
watched you fade away,
But my heart was broken.
I wanted you to stay.
But when I saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free of pain,
How could I wish you back with
Me to suffer once again?
It broke my heart to lose you,
But you did not go alone,
For part of me went with you,
The day God took you home.
