Robert L. Vosters

Age 59, died unexpectedly on Friday, July 29, 2005. Bob was born in Little Chute on April 12, 1946, son of the late Richard and Ruth (Fink) Vosters. For many years, he worked at Appleton Structural Steel, but for the last twelve years had been employed by McCain (Anchor) Foods. Bob enjoyed reading, watching movies, and caring for his cars. Bob married the former Linda Lau on September 14, 1968 in Appleton. She survives. He also leaves behind a daughter: Merredith (Scott) Griesbach of Oklahoma City and their son Michael; his mother-in-law: Evelyn Lau of Appleton; a sister: Carol (Alden) Johann of Greenville; two sisters-in-law: Carol Halverson of Appleton and Mary (John) Jimenez of Albuquerque, New Mexico; a brother-in-law: Edward (Wanda) Lau of Appleton; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, and his cousin and best friend: Jim Vosters of Little Chute. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and by his father-in-law Arthur Lau.

Funeral services for Bob will be held at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, August 2, 2005 at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Lynn Kollath of Emmanuel United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service.
