I am so sorry for Rick's passing and wished I could've been there to see my friend off to a better place. He was always the kind of guy that could be relied on to do his job regardless of the circumstances and I'll miss him for that. He had a great sense of humor and I always looked forward to the times when we would have the opportunity to work and get together. Having a son who's a drummer, the drumming world ranks just got a bit leaner. My sympathy to his family and friends.

Michelle, Julie and I are so sorry to hear of Rick's passing. Rick was the rhythm master of Woody & the Ticks and man did he have a great voice. He was always upbeat, loved to be on stage, and held us together. We all loved him and he will be missed by all that knew him. Rock & Roll heaven just accepted another great one into it's ranks.

Michelle, I don't even know what to say. I'm so sorry. Rick will be missed by so many people, for so many reasons. Even though we would only see each other a few times a year, you both always made me feel like a close friend. I'll always cherish that friendship and if you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to ask. Love & Prayers

Rick was a true friend and fellow musician. I consider myself fortunate to have known him. We shared many "war stories" about playing in bands and had many laughs together. He was undoubtedly a lifelong friend and mentor to Ben, and it was always a pleasure to be part of "their gang." Rick will be missed on many levels. Peace and strength to the entire family; we are so sorry for your loss.
