Heartfelt sympathies to the entire family in your loss. I worked with Rich for many years at both GE and DRS. He was an excellent engineer and teacher. I relied on him often for advise and guidance. He was always kind and willing to help. I look back at those times fondly.

We have been so blessed by my brother, Beau, bringing his wife Grace into our family. As soon as I met Grace's parents, Richard and Pauline they treated us just like family also. Richard was also such a gracious, kind and welcoming man. Rick and I are so sorry to hear that your time with him has ended so soon. I hope your special memories and your times together of reflection can bring some love to help heal some of the pain. God bless and our prayers are with the whole family, especially you, Beau, Grace and Pauline. Love, Rick and Tammy Weiser

Rich was a wonderful brother and a cherished friend. While his acts of kindness are too numerous to list, I especially appreciated his visit with me shortly after a recent surgery. We truly enjoyed one another's company. It was especially fun to work with him to complete a model that Rich had so kindly sent me. Here is a picture of the two of us shortly after completing the model. I will deeply miss my brother. He was someone that I genuinely respected, trusted and deeply loved.
