Our loss on Earth will be Heaven's gain. I know my dad will sure enjoy seeing his brother again. We will sorely miss your wit, wisdom and charm, Richard. All our sympathies to Mary, John, Jim, Tom and Trisha and their families.

Dear Mary, Prue and I were deeply saddened upon hearing of Rich's death. When I first joined Cornell Paperboard in 1958, Rich "took me under his wing" and I considered him to be my mentor. I would not have joined GNC in 1967 had it not been for Rich's encouragement, and that encouragement resulted in my wonderful 30, years at Great Northern(make that FANTASTIC NORTHERN!!)Corp., and what fun and success those 30 years became, thanks to Rich's support and friendship. I am so happy and grateful that he and I were able to play golf this past August at Dretzka Park and laugh together and renew our friendship. May God Bless you Mary and your family during this grieving time but may the happy memories of all the wonderful years you had together live with you forever. With sincere love and friendship, Rod and jPrue

Please accept my sympathy in the passing of Richard (Dick). I am a long time customer of Great Northern and a long time member of the annual Canadian fishing Group. I will always remember the great times we had fishing, the shore lunches, and the fun we had the last night on the way home in Duluth. I only knew Dick through these experiences, however I enjoyed his company and always will remember his smile and good nature. I am sure Dick will be missed by many!!
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
