Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Marty, and your family. May God hold you in his hands during this difficult time.
John and I will always remember the kindness and compassion he showed us when he removed our daughter's tonsils many years ago. She was and is a redhead so there were post surgical issues to deal with.
The years we spent together at Memorial Presbyterian Church are also in our thoughts.
Dear Mrs. Ward, Susan and Jeffrey, I am so sorry to hear that Dr. Ward passed away. I have many great memories of him from when I babysat for S and J, watching the 'gourmet club''s many get togethers, (especially when he made Martha Washington's cake one Fourth of July!) and of him and Jim talking fly fishing. Fondly, Linda Peterson
Dear Mrs. Ward, Susan, and Jeff:
I'm so very sorry to learn of Dr. Ward's passing. All of the neighborhood kids looked up to him as a role model and all-around great man. I know what a devoted father he was to Susan and Jeff. I especially have fond memories of his spry humor!
I'm sorry not to be there with you at this time and send you all of my love,
Stephanie (Alt) Chervin, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Dear Marty, Susan and Jeff,
I was sad to read that Richard has passed away and want to extend my deepest condolences to all of you. You all were such good neighbors back in the day and I know what a loss it is to lose a precious member of your family. Prayers being said for all of you!
With love & hugs,
