Carla Fox left a message on April 6, 2009:
GOD saw he was getting tired, and a cure was not to be; so he put his arms around him, and whispered, "Reiney, Come with me." With tearful eyes we watched him suffer, and saw him fade away. Although we loved him dearly, we could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating today, hard working hands put to rest; GOD broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the Best!! With DEEPEST Sympathy and regrets, Love, Don & Carla I am sorry Lois that I cannot be there to help comfort you during this most saddened time; but you, Sherry and the rest of the family are in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Carla
Don Fox left a message on April 6, 2009:
Reiney, We know you are in a better place; free from pain and suffering but we will miss your smile, friendship, words of advice, wisdom, sharing of experiences, and generosity. God bless you -- we miss you and love you. Don, Carla, & Matthew Fox
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Sherry, Denny and Family Tyler and I send our sincere condolences on the loss of your father. In reading his obituary, it is apparent that he lived a very full, productive and meaningful life and will be greatly remembered for all that he achieved. You must be very proud of this wonderful man, yet sad to say good-bye. We are never ready to say that to people we love so dearly. Tyler and I regret that we are unable to attend the visitation today and service tomorrow. We are in the midst of a huge snowstorm and right now have 12 inches of snow, with a foot more projected in the next 24 hours. The schools have been closed since Monday, due to an ice storm we got the first of the week. So we hope you understand why we can't be present. We hope you received the flowers in time for the visitation at 4. You are ALL in our thoughts and prayers and we do understand how much it hurts to lose someone you love. We are here for you always and hope to see you soon. Love and prayers, Tyler and Mary Rutherford
