I was so sorry to hear about your father. We had become good friends in the short time we worked together at Reid. I particularly liked hearing his stories about his time in the K-9 Corps. He would occasionaly come in on his day off when he went for his walk. We could talk for hours about sports, the novels and authors we liked, and of course his family. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. God bless and keep him safe.

Until we meet again Uncle Randy. You were my favorite Uncle and I'll always have the memories of you babysitting me and Stu and the letters you wrote me when you were in Vietnam. Condolences to your family. Hope you and Dad are fishing.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

My condolences to the Diedrich family. I lived on Lawe St. and my brother, Denny, was a good friend of his. They went together and signed up for the Air Force. My brother passed away about 12 years ago. I hope that they are enjoying each others company in heaven. I always liked seeing Randy at our house.

By far the most respected supervisor that I ever served under during my Police career! Honest, stern, fair, humble, teacher, role model, family man....I could go on with words that come to me to describe Randy. I have been so blessed to have him have such a positive impact in my life. I know that the celebration of your eternal beautiful life is going on right now, we will pray for each other down here to get by on the pain of loss we feel for you right now. Til we meet again my friend!
