Phyllis M. Krueger, 78, died Friday morning, May 21, 2004. She was born January 26, 1926, to the late Al and Charlotte (Jensen) Wyro, in Park Falls, WI and had been an area resident since the age of 2. Phyllis had been employed by Miller Electric during WW II. She married Erwin A. Krueger on April 26, 1946; he preceded her in death on August 8, 1993. Phyllis enjoyed crocheting rugs, writing poetry and was a member of Victory Bible Assembly, Neenah. Survivors include five children and their spouses, Nancy and Steve Burmeister, Appleton; Al and Becky Krueger, Appleton; Sharon and Jerry Johnson, Berlin; Charlotte and George Seidl, Neenah; Rickey and Paula Krueger, Neenah; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; her loving cat, Sammy; a former son-in-law, John Plutz; a sister-in-law, Carol Krueger, Michigan; three brothers-in-law, Dick Krueger, Appleton; Duane Krueger, Lakewood; and Elroy (Amanda) Krueger, Eau Claire. She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Arlin Krueger. Funeral services for Phyllis will be held at 4:00 pm, Sunday, May 23, 2004 at the funeral home with Reverend Keith Walton officiating. Burial will be in Appleton Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 pm until the time of the service. A memorial fund is being established.
