Paul Hanson left a message on February 23, 2021:
Diane, I was so sorry and saddened to hear about Peters death. I was a classmate of his (and John's) in high school. We were mostly in the same classes and used to "hang out" quite a bit and discuss the stuff (academic) going on in our classes. I lament that after graduation from high school, we all pretty much went out separate ways and never kept in touch. The last time I visited with him was in a phone call after John's death. I had intended to get back in touch, but never did. I was so grateful that you saved Pete's Memorial Service online so I could be there "with" you. Thank you so much. I pray that you, Jay, Lorie, Joy, Dan, Erik, Rebecca, Chance, Brett, Nadia, Stuart, Jade, Peter, (all the family) may find comfort and strength in the promise and hope, that God gives us through Jesus, that there will come a day when we will all be together again. May God's blessings be with you.

We are so sorry to read about Peter's passing and have Diane and the rest of the family in our thoughts and prayers. Peter was a great man we got to be neighbors and friends with in Door County, a place he truly loved! He was a great listener and always had time to visit with you between his passions for golf and biking. Peter, you now made the journey up the "big hill" from Bayshore Drive on Dunn Road!
