I am so sorry to hear about Pete. Deb, I will keep you in my prayers. I worked with Pete at Badger Pool in the late 70's early 80's. He was always so much fun and a wonderful guy. I can still picture him with his whistle and he was lip syncing to The Charlie Daniels Band among other popular groups back then. He was a hard worker and always fun to be around. I am so happy he trusted in Jesus as his Savior. We WILL seem him again!

My sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Pete. It can be very difficult and distressing to cope with the loss of a loved one. It has helped myself and others knowing that our dear loved ones now rest in the loving memory of our Grand Creator, Jehovah. ( Psalms 83:18-God's name). May you find comfort to know that Jehovah hates death. ( 1 Cor. 15:26). And promises to eliminate death forever and bring those sleeping in death back to life on a cleansed earth. ( John 17:3; Isaiah 25:7,8; Acts 24:15; Rev.21:4,5; Psalms 37:10,11,29). I hope these few scriptures along with your own good and loving memories of Pete help to bring comfort, peace and a hope.

Deb & family, There are no words to express how sorry we are about your loss! May the Lord be with you as you grieve. I will not be able to attend either of the remembrances for Pete because of a planned trip to MN. You are in my thoughts & prayers.

Deepest sympathy,

Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

So sorry to hear the sad news. Pete and I worked together during the lifeguarding days. His laughter and spirit was always contagious! He was honest and true and would always led a hand to anyone in need. We didn’t stay in touch but he will bring a few old friends together again.

We are so sorry for your loss. When this happens in our family we need more than human strength. God and his Son can provide what we need. Please review these scriptures : John 5:28-29 “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.” Revelation 21:4 “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
