Patricia Ann Stickles, age 72, currently of Shiocton, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2015, at her residence. On November 15, 1942, Pat was born to the late William and Exzilda “Doris” (Winchester) Sponable in Grand Marsh, Wisconsin. Pat was united in marriage to David Stickles and he preceded her in death. She enjoyed taking care of people and was a certified nursing assistant for many years. Pat loved sitting down with a cup of coffee and solving crosswords.
Pat will be greatly missed by her children: Arthur Stickles, Clara (Fred) Kowalski, and Marion Stickles; her grandchildren: Heidi Gwinn, Jason Stickles, Nathan (Tara) Stickles, Doris Stickles, Lenny Olson, Patty Olson; great-grandchildren: Tyler Knutson, William and Mikala Gwinn, Caleb Knutson, Caitlyn and Caylie Stickles, Jada and Joel Thoma, and Jazzlynn and Brooklynn Heise; her siblings: Robert Sponable, Glenn Sponable, Kasey Sponable, Doris Hansen, Marilyn Logging, and Dennis Cochran.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her sons: Rodney and Raymond Stickles.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, March 23, 2015, at Wichmann Funeral Home-Laemmrich Chapel, 312 Milwaukee Street in Menasha. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until the hour of the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Gould Rock Cemetery, Grand Marsh.
