Kris Strasser left a message on May 8, 2011:
Dear Mrs.Schroeder, My sympathies at the loss of your husband. May you be comforted that he is with his Savior. Professor Schroeder taught me so much in the classes I had with him at DMLC. Most importantly he modeled love and service to his Savior as a redeemed child of God. I can still picture his excitement to share with the class another slide presentation from the latest of his travels to an author's home. He brought joy and smiles into the classroom. I'm thankful I had the privilege to learn from him. May God's peace be with you and comfort you and your family as you remain in His loving arms. Sincerely, Kris (Schibbelhut) Strasser
