Minnie Marie Rickert

Minnie M. Rickert, 93, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.

Minnie was born on February 5, 1926 to James and Angela (Monroe) Ross. On August 15, 1945 she was united in marriage to Melvin Rickert. Minnie lived on their farm in Bowler for over 70 years where she loved feeding the hummingbirds and watching the deer and cardinals. She worked and owned a bar for many years and later in life she was a bus driver for Lakeland services.
Minnie is survived by her children; Gloria (Jerome) Weller, Allan (Linda) Rickert, and Bruce (Lorry) Rickert, 9 grandchildren; Shelly, Jeffrey, Rob, Stephanie, Carrie, Shawn, Adam, Dennis and Rich, 13 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Minnie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son Roger and five brothers and four sisters.

A memorial service for Minnie will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 12:00 PM at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, 1592 Oneida St. Menasha. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
