Chanda left a message on April 6, 2009:
Dad by Judy Burnette Dad...so many images come to mind whenever I speak your name; It seems without you in my life things have never been the same. What happened to those lazy days when I was just a child; When my life was consumed in you in your love, and in your smile. What happened to all those times when I always looked to you; No matter what happened in my life you could make my gray skies blue. Dad, some days I hear your voice and turn to see your face; Yet in my turning...it seems the sound has been erased. Dad, who will I turn to for answers when life does not make sense; Who will be there to hold me close when the pieces just don't fit. Oh, Dad, if I could turn back time and once more hear your voice; I'd tell you that out of all the dads you would still be my choice. Please always know I love you and no one can take your place; Years may come and go but your memory will never be erased. Today, Jesus, as You are listening in your home above; Would you go and find my dad and give him all my love.

In loving memory of my beloved husband left a message on April 6, 2009:
I’m Free Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free I’m following the path God has laid you see. I took His hand when I heard him call I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day To laugh, to love, to work, to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way I found that peace at the close of day. If my parting has left a void Then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss Oh yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life’s been full, I savored much Good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and peace to thee God wanted me now; He set me free.

Mike and Kathy, Now is probably a good of time as any to say thank you for welcoming me and hauling me around with you for the past 16 years. There was never a dull moment and you've given me wonderful opprotunities and experiences I would not otherwise have had, including camping, Cozumel, and scuba diving. Thanks for introducing me to the love of travel and for being my 2nd family all these years! Love you lots,

Dear Family and Friends of Mike, I am a recent former student of Mike's obedience classes he taught at Winnegamie Dog Club. The word had spread what a great trainer MIke was, so I had to see for myself. Mike impressed me and my friend Carol so much, that we made it a point to drive 80 miles (both ways) once a week to train with him. I loved his laid back style, vast knowledge and common sense approach. He also was so kind, helpful and patient with all his students and dogs, no matter what the ability level. Mike was my role model and I feel blessed and honored to have trained with him. When he stopped training at the club, my friend and I quit training there as well. We let him know of our support and belief that he was the best trainer around and just a great person in general. Thanks to Mike, my dogs have earned difficult titles and earned high scores. I will dedicate my next obedience run to Mike, I hope Teal (a relative to Torch) and I will make him proud. My heartfelt condolences go to you, his loving family at this time. Many blessings to you all.
