To the Graham family, Wishing you comfort in your time of sorrow, may you find peace in the knowledge that your loved one lives on and will love you forever. On behalf of the Freeman and Goodman family you are always in our prayers and thoughts.
Mike was a CWO when I was a brand new Lieutenant at 3d LAR. I remember him very specifically even though it has been almost 12 years since I last spoke with him. He made a point to call me by my first name and ask me to join him for a beer. I remember it as if it were yesterday. He was the first experienced Marine in the Bn that talked to me like a peer. It had a very welcoming feeling, and is an example that pops into my head when I think of the brotherhood that Marines share. I can only imagine this level of sincerity as a father and husband must have been truly wonderful. I am deeply sorry for your loss, and I hope the memory of your Marine and how many he touched in his life assuages some of your pain.

Thank you Marines for your kind words and memories with my dad. It brings a warm feeling to my heart and happiness to know how good of a Marine my dad was. He was a great true inspirational leader that I hope I can be one day- so that he can look down on me from heaven and be proud. All I ever wanted was to make him proud.I Love you dad, a part of my heart has went to heaven. I hope I get to salute you again one day.
Mike you will be missed and forever loved. Thank you for your patient guidance and wisdom, always reminding me to first seek to understand... Semper Fidelis, my brother, MGySgt Steve Rodriguez

My condolences to the family. Mike was a fine Marine and an extraordinary man! It was an honor to have served with him. He will be missed.
I also met him in the Wolfpack for OIF 1. A true Marine, true professional, and true gentleman which impressed and inspired his fellow man. He is the caliber of man of which this world needs more. Selfishly, he has left us too early. Spiritually, his work was done and he rests now in a better place. Fair winds and following seas! May all feel God usher us through this time of loss, especially his family.
When the Lord calls our loved ones home, he leaves a gift of memories in exchange. When your hearts are empty, filling them with those happy memories can help you find your smile. You have our thoughts and prayers. Willie & Carolyn Stigler
RIP Mike. Condolences to the family and may the find comfort with family and friends. Ronald Reagan once said: “Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they made a difference in the world. But, the Marines don't have that problem.” You don't have that problem. Mike, you left your mark in this world and in our Corps. YOU made a difference. Fair winds and following seas. Rest easy with brothers and sisters. Semper fidelis.

Mary Pat and family,
Alison and i were so sorry to hear about Mike. He was one of the finest Marines and men I have known. He was selfless in service to his country and Corps, loyal and dedicated to his many friends, and completely devoted to and proud of his family. Mike loved you all so. Anyone who was fortunate to know Mike could not help to draw close and share in his passion for life and enthusiasm for accomplishing the task at hand. I was fortunate to serve with Mike in peace and war and witnessed his exceptional professionalism, "can do" attitude, and warrior spirit. I was honored to call him my friend. I will miss him. You are all in our prayers.
