Rev. Harvey & Nancy Kandler left a message on August 30, 2012:
Dear family of Merle: We trust in the faithfulness of God at this time, because as our Lord claimed Merle in baptism, so now in death He claims him for eternal life. "In my Father's house are many rooms...I go and prepare a place for you, that where I am, you may be also." During my days at Immanuel Merle and Lorraine faithfully worshipped and supported the church, and we give thanks for their lives and give them back to God from whence they came. The Lord gave them life and now He takes them back to His dwelling. May that phrase in the Apostles' Creed which says "I believe in the communion of saints, the forgiveness of Sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting," now become real to you, and when your journey on earth is ended, to reunite with them. Sincerely, The Rev. Harvey & Nancy Kandler
