Melvyna Misty Johnson

October 19, 2015 — October 19, 2015

IN LOVING MEMORY OF MELVYNA M. JOHNSON
Melvyna Misty Johnson was born on October 19, 2015 at 3:33p.m. in Neenah, Wisconsin to Mellonie M. Johnson and family. She passed away later that evening at 5:57p.m. to return to her Father, in Heaven, because her mission was complete.
Melvyna was a fighter. In her brief span of life, she was never alone. She touched the hearts of her entire family, and then some. Especially, that of her mother, whose loving embrace calmed Melvyna and comforted her till the end.

She leaves to cherish her life, her mother, Mellonie, her brother Erique, older sister Vanity, Grandfather, Melvin Johnson, Grandmother, Janet Shields, God Mother, Tammy Jones, Aunt RReana Johnson, and her Uncle, Alexander Shields, Great Grandmother, Georgie Johnson and Great Grandfather, Percy Shields, along with a host of relatives and friends.

Lord our God,
You give and you take away,
You blessed us through the gift of Melvyna,
Whose loss we now mourn.
Help us, through our tears and pain,
To glimpse your hand at work,
To bring blessing out of grief,
To you be glory forever.
Amen.

A message from your Grandmother, Janet:
My dearest, Melvyna, The Holy Spirit revealed to me, the Purpose of your Life. God sent you to deliver a message to your family and the world. He wanted you to remind us that, Everyday is a Gift from God, Every life is precious, no matter how short. While tomorrow is never certain or promised, the love we feel today lives on; the love we feel for you and our love of God, as we seek Him and strive to live life as he intended. You've opened my eyes, Melvyna. I'm awake, my angel; and I'm a better person because of you. I will love you eternally.
“In that day the wolf and the lamb will live together; the leopard will lie down with the baby goat. The calf and the yearling will be safe with the lion, and a little child will lead them all.”
(Isaiah 11:6)
