Lucile and family,
We heard from cousin Milo that Melvin has passed away. We feel sad, but know that this was expected. Another chapter in our life has closed.. Melvin had a long and good life, until his fall
Melvin was nine when I was born, so we were not close until I grew up and he married you, Lucile.. We have such good memories, celebrating together special wedding anniversaries and fun times together in FL Melvin and I were always partners playing cards or other games, and trying to beat Lucile and Jack. All of the times we stayed at the cottage were special for us also.
At times like this I wish we lived closer. Our prayers and thoughts are with you, Lucile, Douglas, Dennis and Donna.
Blessings and love,
Louine and Jack, Aurora CO.
Lucile,
Steve and I were sorry to hear of Mel's passing. You are in our prayers.
Lucile,
Alice and I are sorry to hear of Mel's passing. We were glad we could spend some time with you this summer, and share some memories of the good times we had with you and Mel in Appleton and Florida. We will always remember your generosity in inviting us to stay at your cottage on Clover Leaf Lakes. We remember Mel as someone who took a genuine interest in others and brought out the best in them. A life well lived.
We will continue to keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
Mrs Timmel,Doug ,Donna and Dennis...So sorry to hear about Mr. T's passing . I have many fond memories of him. I loved his laugh, the smell of his pipe ...among other things. I regret not being able to attend the funeral. I had a court hearing to attend due to a break in at my apartment on Christmas Day. My love to you all and my prayers are sent. Your dad and my folks are together again talking about the good old days! :-)
Dear Timmel Family,
So sorry to hear of the passing of your husband and father! All of the Timmels hold a special place in the hearts of the Troge family. May Mel's reunion in heaven with Kurt, Dad and Mom be a special one. Peace and love to you all.

Timmel Family: Susan and I were saddened to hear of Mel's passing. We will remember him as a good and honest man who loved his family and enjoyed life. (I was a cousin on my mother's side of the family) We were gone to Door Co. and did not know of his passing. God Bless you all especially Lucile in her time of grief.
