May Van Dyke

May M. Van Dyke, age 51, passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, July 11, 2014. May was born on August 12, 1962, and she lived in the Fox Valley for most of her life. She loved everyone dearly and was very close with her family. May loved fishing, spending time outdoors, and playing with her dog. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend who will be truly missed.

May is survived by her husband, Richard Van Dyke; sons, Travis, Zachary, and Brenton Hietpas; siblings, Andy (Kathy) Ward, Cathy (Tim) Hietpas, Cindy (Ruben) Hensler, Betty Carpenter, and Diana (John) Gosz. She is further survived by many step-children and step-grandchildren. May was preceded in death by her father, Bert Theissen.

Funeral liturgy for May will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2014, at HOLY SPIRIT / HOLY NAME CHURCH, 600 E. Kimberly Avenue, Kimberly. A time of visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of the nurses at AMC, especially Sherry, Roger, and Sarah for all of their wonderful care.
