Matthew Wagner

Matthew J Wagner , age 24 of Little Chute, died on Sunday September 20, 2020. Matt was a nurse on the Cardiac Floor at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay and very much enjoyed the satisfaction of helping others. He also loved joking around with co-workers, and making everyone laugh. So many enjoyed working with Matt, he made work more fun with his sense of humor and teasing. He was also a bowler extraordinaire and had several 300 games and two 800 series. He loved watching sports and participated in baseball through the Little Chute Park & Rec and school programs since the age of about 7. Matt also attended nursing school at NWTC and graduated with a nursing degree in 2019. Matt is sorely missed and is survived by his parents John and Nancy Wagner (Dean), a sister, Hannah Wagner and many many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

The funeral service for Matt and Elizabeth will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Appleton Alliance Church (2693 W. Grand Chute Blvd. Appleton, 54913). Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM The visitation will be an opportunity to pass through the building to pay respects and greet the family. Any congregating will be held outside the church. The family politely asks that those attending observe social distancing, arrive early if you are not planning to stay for the service and allow for all in attendance to flow through the church during the visitation hours. The church will not be available for seating until 10 minutes prior to the service.
