Mary Schiller

Mary A. Schiller, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 while surrounded by her family. She was born on August 20, 1942, daughter of the late Orville and Virginia Becher. On May 14, 1974, she married Vern Schiller. Mary worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital from 1959 until her retirement in 2006.

Mary is survived by her children: Vance Schiller, Chad (Tommi Chartier) Jost and Dawn (Kevin) Loritz; grandchildren: Krista Jost, Samantha Handschke, Crystal (Zach) Brandt, Ava and Brady Loritz; great-grandchildren: Kenya Wigfall, Harper and Peyton Brandt and Steven Anderson; nephew, John Becher Jr. She is also survived by her special friend, Ken Walker.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Vern Schiller; parents: Orville Becher and Virginia (Harold) Wolff; brothers, John and Jim Becher.

A memorial gathering for Mary will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Wichmann Funeral Home Tri-County Chapel (1592 Oneida St., Menasha).

The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Aspire Senior Living and Heartland Hospice for the care given to Mary. Also, thank you to her granddaughter, Krista, for all the special time and visits that Mary looked so forward to.
