Mary Jane Stover, age 90 of Kaukauna, passed away on Wednesday morning, August 24, 2016 at St. Paul Home in Kaukauna. Mary Jane was born in Minnesota on July 30, 1926, daughter of the late Daniel and Mary (Aldrich) Lewis. She married Loren Stover, and the couple was blessed with four children. For twenty-five years the family resided in the Seymour area, and also lived near Stiles for twenty-five years. Loren preceded Mary Jane in death. As a young woman, Mary Jane worked for Dr. Schmallenberg at New London's Borchardt Clinic, and later at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay. She loved nature and all of God's creation, and enjoyed watching animals, birds, and flowers. Throughout their lives, Loren and Mary Jane were passionate and active members of Gideons International, where Mary Jane served as President of the Auxiliary. They were happy to offer their time traveling throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula, establishing new Gideon camps.

She was a loving mother to four children: Phillip (Marcie) Stover of Black Creek and his children: Melanie (Scott) Lambie (Ashley, Jessica); Jason (Christy) Stover (Katelyn, Emily); and Jeremy (Nichole) Stover (Emma, Ethan);

The late Joyce (Richard) Walter and their children: Benjamin Walter and Josh (Heather) Walter (Nolan, Kennedy);

Paul (Paula) Stover of Taveras, Florida and his children: Traci (Jeff) Meeker (Evan); Aaron Stover and his longtime companion Mari; and Hannah Stover;

Eileen Eggert of Kaukauna and her children Zach Eggert and Katie Eggert.

There are also several step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mary Jane was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter Joyce, two sons-in-law Daniel Eggert and Richard Walter, two daughters-in-law Becky Stover and Virginia Stover, and by seven brothers and sisters.
