Dear Sue, Meribeth, and other family members.
I was surprised to hear of Mark's passing at such a relatively young age. His obituary and the condolences all show how much he was loved. Perhaps he got to go back to spirit at such a young age because he had accomplished so much, and was ready to get his rewards in heaven. I'm sure he is still nearby to help you through the process of his not being here anymore in a physical body. Blessings and love to you. Sincerely, Uncle David

So sorry to hear of Mark's Passing. He is one of the first to join our Northeast WI for Hillary effort. It was then that I got to know Mark. We shared histories of involvement in Democratic Party. I found myself privileged to be his friend. His life has left such a positive impact, no one can say rest in peace, but rest in power. We were supposed to have lunch after the holiday. I will truly miss him. May you find great comfort in knowing that his friends share your grief.

Mark dragged me in1971/1972 to work with him on John Lindsey's campaign - we were seniors in high school. What a great experience that was! I've long regretted my beating him out for the Dem Convention "Alternate Delegate" spot at the Democrat Caucus - He really wanted it... I was delighted to read he later actually became a delegate! I was hoping to see him at our last high school reunion - I am not surprised to read he lived an outstanding life.

So very sorry to hear of Mark’s passing. Mark and I worked together at Wausau Insurance in the early 1980’s. He was a great co-worker. Passionate about politics but never combative, and had a way of making his points in such a positive fashion and with a great sense of humor as well. Our thoughts and prayers to Sue and family. God Bless!

I didn’t know Mark well. We weren’t great friends. But in the short time I knew him, I grew to appreciate Mark for his kindness, his willingness to help others and put himself last, his insights on life, and especially the priority he put on his Faith. “Well done, Oh good and faithful servant! Enter into My Kingdom, and see the place that I have prepared for you!”

It's been several years since I last saw Mark, while working for Wausau Insurance. Enjoyed many rounds of golf with him and even one ice fishing venture that I believe neither of us will ever forget.

A nice man and a friend to all.

I wish the very best to his family.
