Age 77, died Wednesday morning, February 14, 2001, following a five year battle with cancer. She was born, September 20, 1923, to the late Charles C. and Irene L. (Wettengel) Vander Linden, in Appleton, where she was a resident her entire life. Marge had been employed by Kimberly-Clark Corporation for 37 years, retiring in 1978. She enjoyed helping in the garden and hooking rugs. Marge is survived by her husband, Paul D. Nespodzany, to whom she had been married for 29 years; three step-sons, Paul Nespodzany, Tyler, TX; Laurence (Barbara) Nepodzany, Corpus Christi. TX; Kevin (Kitty) Nespodzany, Leopolis, WI; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert (Betty) Vander Linden, Appleton; a sister-in-law, Sparky Vander Linden, Appleton; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother Thomas Vander Linden. Funeral services for Marjorie will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, February 17, 2001, at the funeral home, with Deacon Bill Burke officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Menasha. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4-7 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established for the American Cancer Society.
