Marissa "Missy" Seidl

Marisa M. Seidl (Missy) was born June 26, 1978 to Joseph and Kaye Seidl. She passed away unexpectedly March 5, 2020.

She attended Menasha Public Schools and graduated in 1996. She continued her education at Lake Shore Technical College and graduated in 1998 with a degree in graphic design.

It seems God had a different plan in mind for our Missy. She was working at Heritage Manor Care for the last 20 years as their administrative payroll specialist. Over the years she acquired lots of knowledge and skill. She was the “go to person” with all those years of experience. She was very detail oriented and it served her well. She loved her job and enjoyed the people she worked with. She met many wonderful people and made lasting friendships along the way.

Her home was her “happy place”. Badger football and the Packers were her favorite. She honed her grilling skills during the summers at the lake. Time spent with family and friends, especially with her niece Anika and her best lab friend, Wezebelle. Weekends in Door County and trips to the Dells with family, Mom and Dad, sister, Jenny and beloved niece Anika. She extended her love and kindness in life and death.

You will be missed greatly and are loved so deeply. Your strong faith in God and His blessed Mother Mary. We thank Him for allowing us to have you for almost 42 years. Mom, Dad, sister, niece, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Roy and Grandma Gert Sager, Richard and Esther Seidl and Uncle Ron Sager.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center Neenah and Appleton and all the emergency staff for their care, concern and kindness.

Visitation and Celebration of Life will be Friday, March 13, 2020, 3 pm to 6 pm at Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior St., Appleton.

In Lieu of Flowers a memorial fund will be established in Missy’s name.
