Continue ReadingPrast family, On behalf of the Neenah Lions Club and my family, I give my condolences to you on your mother's death. I know the last few years have been tough on you all, but take assurances that she is at peace in a better place. Knowing John and Maggy, I'd say she did a great job of raising her children to be fine adults..
Dear Prast Family, Thank you so much for sharing your mother with my family.I speak not only for myself but my sisters as well , that we got lucky when she entered our lives. She really was a force of nature and she added so much to our household. She was respected by us from day one because she had such a wonderful attitude and she had so much to offer. Her recipes are still used by me on a regular basis, her banana bread and lemon bars are still the best. I\'ll never forgot the first day she pulled up our driveway, I think she had the Pacer (she referred to it as her terrarium because the windows were so big). Her first order of business was inspecting our bedrooms. Other than the beehive hairdo that she had at the time, I think her best attribute was her welcoming personality. She was a big part of our lives and she lives in all our memories in a very wonderful way. Meeting you all was a privilege too, thanks for putting up with us. Our hearts are heavy and our thoughts are with you. What a lady, she had a full life and you all took such good care of her. So sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Joan Hardie on behalf of the Hardie Girls
