Jenny (Fauk) Bloemendaal left a message on April 6, 2009:
As I was laying in bed this morning trying to wake up, my thoughts turned to Marcie and how she is the only person I can think of that every single memory I have of her is a pleasant one. I will always think of her with a smile on her face. What a beautiful person she was and that's how I'll remember her.

I knew Marcie through my job. She would call me with questions on her medical insurance. She had the sweetest voice that I always recognized. I always enjoyed hearing her tell me about how she was doing still living at home and what she was doing to keep herself busy. I will miss hearing from her.
Don and Joan (Fauk) Day left a message on April 6, 2009:
Hello Don, Carol, Bob, Julie and all your families. Don and I send our sincere condolences in the death of your mom, grandma and great grandma. Marcie was indeed my mom's best friend for much of her life. They were not only cousins, but very much alike with some of the same qualities. I remember well, growing up and playing with Nancy and how your parents let me come out to Winneconne. Those days were great. Other than Milwaukee once a year, that is the furthest I ever got away from Appleton. Your mom was always so nice to me and she had such a great sense of humor. She indeed reminded me of my mom. My husband, Don remembers some of the experiences that she had with Sr. Prisca at St. Joes. Oh what memories those are. I am happy you all had so much time to appreciate and love your mom and that she was ready to go "home" to be with Don, Nancy, all her other loved ones and God. May God give you the peace to know that your mom is with him in heaven and that your parents provided you with a great family to be there for each other! Sincerely, Don & Joan(Fauk) Day

Please accept our sympathy for your loss. I (Jackie) have many memories of your mom from when I was a child to the present time. She was a great lady and I'm glad I had the privilege to know her again as an adult.
