HOPFENSPERGER, Lucille M.

Lucille Hopfensperger, age 73, of Appleton, passed away at Brewster Village on Friday, December 19, 2008. She was born September 19, 1935, the daughter of the late Joseph and Marie (Jochman) Hopfensperger in the Town of Harrison, where she was raised on the family farm.

Lucille worked as a nurse's aid in several area nursing homes and private homes. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Appleton.

Lucille is survived by her sister: Mary Helen Hopfensperger; two brothers: Roger (Sheila) Hopfensperger and Edward Hopfensperger; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; friends: Delores, Mary, Linda, Barbara, Laurel, Lynn; and special friends: Jean, Sally and Sue B.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister: Marion (Carl) Buchinger; and special aunt and uncle: Ceil and Reynold Hopfensperger.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, December 22, 2008 at BREWSTER VILLAGE CHAPEL, 3300 Brewster Street, Appleton. Friends may call from 5:00 PM until time of services on Monday at Brewster Village Chapel. Inurnment at St. Francis Cemetery will be at a later date.

The family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff and caregivers at Brewster Village and Dr. Jack Meyer's office for their care and support.
