We send our sincere sympathy to your family. I worked for Ron and his partner in Las Vegas, I spent most days working with Ron, and He didn’t mind getting his hands dirty and worked the same as everyone else. My husband and I had dinner with Ron and mutual friends in late May or early June before he left to go to Wisconsin. Ron will be missed.
Judith Hunter (peterson)--class of '58 left a message on September 25, 2015:
My sincere sympathy to your entire family. I was stunned when I heard that Ron had died. We did not attend the same grade school, but I knew Ron through the years from Sunday School and then Pilgrim Fellowship at First Congregational Church in Eau Claire. As a matter of fact, his mother was my Sunday School teacher one year--and I'll never forget some of the hats she wore each Sunday morning. I loved Ron's smile and his quiet sense of humor--he always got things right and picked up on irony like no other guy I knew. We shared many classed, were confirmed together so my memories are many. Please know that Ron will be remembered at each of our future reunions as we have a memorial table with the person's class picture and we read the name during our program. Smart, funny, sincere and honest---Ron will be missed by all who knew him! Rest in peace!

Ron and I attended college in Eau Claire. We called each other Ralph or Norton. Ron had a sense of humor that wouldn't stop. We met in Paris years later, Ron Air Force, me a tourist. I always missed and remembered Ron. We were and parted as good friends.
