Stan: I will always remember Lou's wonderful sense of humor, her kind ways and all the summer visits we had to your home when we were kids, these are cherished memories and always puts a smile on my face when I think of you and Lou.
Barbara Thomas left a message on April 6, 2009:
Lou, you will be so greatly missed! I think of all the good times we had--the laughter we shared. You always bring a smile to my face whenever I think of you. I remember shelling peas with you on the farm in Hilbert as we were listening to the news of Princess Diana's engagememt. You said how wonderful it was that she was going to marry a prince and how unfair it was that we were stuck here "shelling these damn peas"! We laughed so hard! You loved hugs too and always had your arms wide open whenever we met. Hugs to you again Lou and to your whole family. Rest in God's love---
