Lois E. Grosenick

Lois E Grosenick, 89, of Appleton, passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2012.

Lois was born on June 19, 1923 to Paul and Frieda (Golisch) Kuehl in Wausau. On October 14, 1950 she was united in marriage to Walter Grosenick and he preceded her in death in 1995. Lois was a very generous person and was always there for her family and friends. She enjoyed quilting, sewing and making clothes for her grandchildren. Lois was also an avid reader and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Lois is survived by her two sons; Kenneth (Catherine) Grosenick of Houston, Texas and their children; Joellen (Jonathan) Millis and their children, Jacob and Jared, Jennifer Hill and her children, Bailey, Aidan and Walker; Charles Grosenick of Appleton, a sister Enid Cleveland, two sisters-in-law; Vivian Kuehl and Mary Kuehl, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers; Robert, Paul and Kenneth, two sisters; Helen (Mike) Paulson and Marge (George) Schaepe and a brother-in-law, Roger Cleveland.

The funeral service for Lois will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 N. Superior St. Appleton. A time of visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Moon Cemetery on Monday at 2:00 PM.
